Hey all, I am wanting to make cigar boxes for my groomsmen and i was wondering if there was a solid DIY design. I made this humidor with a variant of those plans. This is my first attempt at making a cigar box guitar. In last Sunday’s Austin American-Statesman, there was an article (can’t find it on the site so no link) about 2 guys who make and sell cigar box guitars under the name Bobby Taylor Guitars. I’m going to try and make a couple cigar boxes as Christmas presents but I’m not familar with them.

There are youtube videos of people playing cigar box mandolins and a few people sell them but I’m not finding instructions on how to build one.
